The Australian atmosphere was created by exploring all things authentic to Australia. Only materials typical to the region were sourced and incorporated into the design. Pressed tin and redbrick with corrugated ceilings have been used throughout the design, while the boomerang feature walls are coated at the entry to the restaurant and are made of Jarra -natural hardwood – which is only found in the south west of Western Australia. Outdoor barbecues at the backyard is an important element of Australian culture therefore the style and furniture selection remained casual and unpretentious creating a familiar and warm feel for the guests to enjoy.
