Inakaya in Venetian Village at The Ritz-Carlton, Abu Dhabi is a Japanese Robatayaki restaurant straight out of New York that respects the traditional nature of Japanese cuisine, whilst staying true to a brand known for both its unique menu and style of service. With a timeless yet modern interior of black stained oak and slate inspired porcelain flooring, the food at Inkaya is cooked on an open flame before the guest’s eyes by the restaurant’s legendary grill and sushi chefs, all beneath a stylised Omikuji tree comprised of folded fortunes and blessings. With unrestricted views of the creek, guests can dine outdoors, or within the temperature controlled glasshouse, or, if a more intimate experience is desired, in the private dining room beneath a captivating display of two-thousand hanging sake bottles.
